Rules;
1) This is a TopSite for warez and bittorrent related sites only. For example a site that allows promotion of warez and bittorrent sites is fine, however a gaming forum that has a downloads section is not. If you site is found to be in violation of this rule it will be removed.
2) NO CHEATING. If you are reported (see below) then you will have your account banned and site blacklisted from being on our TopSite again.
3) Banners / Graphics you submit to be a part of your rank must NOT contain adult material. We don't want a bunch of porn ads, so don't bother. If staff notices your banner will be removed, repeat offenses may result in blacklisting.
4) Our button MUST remain fully visible to any guest browsing your site. Any attempt to hide or render the button smaller is considered cheating. Likewise the button must appear on the site you have on our topsite. You may not place your button other places or it's considered cheating.
*Note: Inactive accounts are automatically deleted from our database every 30 days.
